Nancy Baker has brought her passion for helping people and her unwavering dedication to the industry to new heights. With a lifetime of love for her hometown, Nancy has made her mark as a Realtor who goes above and beyond for her clients in Columbus and surrounding areas. 

Born and raised in Upper Arlington, Ohio, a charming northwest suburb of Columbus, Nancy has deep roots in the community. Her father and his siblings also grew up in the same neighborhood where they still reside today.  As the former President of the Northwest Area Realty Association (2022-2023) located in Upper Arlington and the current Jones Middle School 7th Grade Lacrosse Coach, Nancy has a unique and personal perspective on the local market.

Nancy's journey into real estate began when she purchased her first home in 2019. Since then, she has been on a mission to help individuals and families make one of the most significant decisions of their lives with confidence and comfort.

What sets Nancy apart from other Real Estate Advisors in the area is her relentless pursuit of knowledge. She firmly believes that one can never learn enough in this ever-evolving field. Consistently educating herself about the local market and staying updated on the latest technologies, Nancy ensures that her clients receive the most up-to-date guidance and expertise.

Nancy's commitment to the real estate community is evident through her various roles in Citywide organizations. Currently, Nancy is the First Vice President of the Columbus Women’s Council of Realtors, Past President of the Northwest Area Realty Association (NWARA) and former Vice President/Realtor Care Day co-chair. In 2021, she was honored with the Rookie of the Year award at KW Classic Properties and received the prestigious Columbus Realtors President's Merit Award. In 2023 Nancy was honored with the Columbus Realtors President’s Commitment Award for selling over 10 million dollars in total volume.

In addition to this, Nancy is very involved in the young professionals network for Columbus Realtors - networking is one of her passions, as she has never met a person she couldn’t talk to! 
Outside of her real estate career, Nancy leads an active life including instructing indoor cycling classes,  playing golf & tennis, coaching lacrosse and playing competitive squash at the Athletic Club of Columbus. Her knack for winning the "ladies longest drive" at almost every real estate golf outing she participates in, has become a legendary inside joke.
Drawing from her experience as a collegiate athlete, Nancy brings a winning mindset, dedication and teamwork to her real estate practice, ensuring her clients receive top-notch service and results.
