We had a wonderful experience working with Nancy Baker! She was professional, communicative, and consistently kept us updated with feedback from interested buyers throughout the process. Nancy did an excellent job helping us sell our house quickly and at a fair price. One thing that especially impressed me was the video she created for marketing our home. It was such a fun, creative, and unique way to showcase the house! We truly appreciated her hard work, attention to detail, and excellent communication. I would highly recommend Nancy Baker to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Nancy is the best!! From working on our timeline, tips for staging, the advertisement (which was all included) including video, and knowing the market, Nancy was amazing to work with. In a tough market we still were able to receive full asking in less than 2 weeks! Work with Nancy, you won't regret it!!
