Born and raised in Upper Arlington, Ohio, a charming northwest suburb of Columbus, Nancy has deep roots in the community. Her father and his siblings also grew up in the same neighborhood, giving her a unique and personal perspective on the local market.
Nancy's journey into real estate began when she purchased her first home in 2019. Since then, she has been on a mission to help individuals and families make one of the most significant decisions of their lives with confidence and comfort.

Nancy's commitment to the real estate community is evident through her roles as the current Local Vice President of the Women's Council for Realtors of Columbus and past President of the Northwest Area Realty Association (NWARA). In 2021, she was honored with the Rookie of the Year award at KW Classic Properties. She has since then recieved the prestigious Columbus Realtors President's Merit Award (2021) and the President's Commitment Award (2023). She also served as the Education Chair on the Agent Leadership Council at KW Classic Properties. Additionally, she is very active with the young professionals network ( YPN ) with the Columbus Board of Realtors. Networking is one of her passions, as she has never met a person she couldn’t talk to.
Outside of her busy real estate career, Nancy leads an active life including indoor cycling, golf, squash at the Athletic Club of Columbus, and coaching 7th grade girls lacrosse at her alma mater in Upper Arlington. Her knack for winning the "ladies longest drive" at almost every real estate golf outing she participates in has become a legendary inside joke.
As Nancy Baker continues to excel in her real estate career and contribute to her community, she may one day find the perfect tagline to match her dynamic personality.
